We are pleased to confirm that the following accounts have also been activated with the New Homes Ombudsman service on 7th March:
There are now 128 developers/builders activated with NHOS and the full list of registered developers and their activation date can be found here.
We will continue to get in touch with developers as they go live, to introduce ourselves and to offer system training.
Customers of developers who have activated their registration with NHQB can raise property developer complaints with NHOS and have their case examined.
We will not be able to accept property developer complaints prior to their activation date, and consumers must ensure that they have exhausted the developer’s complaints process before getting in touch.
